Reservation Process

A group consists of at least 10 participants with a maximum number to be determined on a case-by-case basis. Guided tours require at least three weeks' advance notice and two weeks' advance payment. Group leaders may submit a reservation request via email or contact the museum directly at 416-640-1571. Tours last approximately thirty minutes, are based on availability, and are not guaranteed until confirmed by a museum representative via fax or email.

Self-guided groups that prefer to visit the permanent collection without the assistance of a Museum Guide or an Outside Lecturer can do so without advance notice.

Payment

Payment is due upon arrival at the museum front desk and prior to entry into the museum.  Group admission prices are the same as non-guided tours but include a complimentary museum tour guide and complimentary audio tour mp3 players available. Special pricing may be available for self-guided groups of 10 or more visitors with an advance request of at least 7 days.  Please contact the museum for further information.

Check-in Process

Guided-tour groups should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled tour start time.
